How do I determine the correct helmet size for my head?
To find your perfect fit, wrap a measuring tape around your head about one inch above your eyebrows. Compare your measurement to our official size chart located on each product page for the most accurate fitment.
What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international deliveries may take 10-15 business days.
Are Axor helmets certified for safety?
Yes, all Axor helmets undergo rigorous testing and meet or exceed international safety standards, including DOT (USA) and ECE (Europe) certifications, ensuring maximum protection and performance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. The helmet must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective films and tags intact to qualify for a full refund or size swap.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Axor provides a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover damage from accidents or normal wear and tear.
Can I purchase replacement visors or internal padding?
Absolutely. We offer a full range of accessories and spare parts, including smoke/mirror visors and replacement cheek pads, in our 'Accessories' section to help you maintain and customize your gear.
